Want your exterior paint to last without fading or flaking?
Proper preparation is the key to a lasting finish. Your home’s appearance makes a statement about you in the neighborhood. Let Saylor’s Painting Company improve your image by utilizing our 5 step exterior approach for added curb appeal.
A satisfied homeowner starts with good communication with the contractor. Addressing your needs & concerns is our #1 priority. Larry Saylor, owner, will personally analyze your painting project. A walk around the home with the homeowner is suggested, so Larry can answer your concerns and make suggestions to save you money and produce lasting results. We will provide you with a written proposal for your review. Upon acceptance of our proposal and signed contract, a confirmation letter and start date will be generated. No guesswork or miscommunication !
Cover and protect your landscape, outdoor furniture & sidewalks before paint application. No messy paint chips or paint spray on your trees, shrubs, plants or grass.
• Power wash to remove chalking paint, dirt & mildew

All surfaces will be coated to ensure complete coverage and proper adhesion to ensure maximum life expectancy. For exterior residential painting, we suggest hand brush and roll, but do offer professional spraying services if applicable. Only top of the line paints and stains are utilized, purchased and delivered when we start your project. All colors are verified with the homeowner for accuracy.
Our painting crew will remove all trash from the job site, remove our equipment and leave your home exterior spotless. Excess paint will be labeled and left with the homeowner for future touchups. Upon completion of the job, we will inspect the project with the homeowner for your approval and comments.
